Once we receive your order, our team begins the careful
selection and packaging process. Here’s what happens:
Day 1: Order confirmation and payment verification
Days 1-3: Saffron selection, quality inspection, and specialized
packaging
Day 3: Handover to shipping partner with tracking details
Peak Season Note: During festival periods (Diwali,
Eid, Christmas) and wedding seasons, preparation may extend to 4-5 days due to
increased demand for our premium saffron.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to residential addresses, offices, and most
commercial locations. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available due to signature
requirements.

If your saffron doesn’t arrive within the expected
timeframe:

Damaged Packages
Noticed damage during delivery?
- Refuse
the package if outer packaging is severely damaged

minor damage, accept delivery and contact us immediately with photos

Wrong Address Deliveries
Provided an incorrect address? Contact us immediately.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery to the correct location.

opened saffron products. However, we offer exchanges for:
